Jaclyne M. Zetter
BA, PESC, CEMA
Jaclyne graduated from California University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and minor in Criminal Justice, while holding part-time positions to earn money while in college. After college, she obtained additional business experience working for a couple of different employers until she decided to take a position in the family business.
Jaclyne picked up the art of credentialing and contracting pretty quickly, having had no prior healthcare experience. She regularly handles all credentialing and contracting for about twenty clients that span the entire country and cover many different payors and plans, and has also obtained additional licensure for client practitioners in several different states. She has become very familiar with the healthcare system, how it operates and how to get things done when insurance carriers tend to not be very organized.
She gain her Provider Enrollment Specialist Certificate (PESC) recently and she tackled training and education, while working full time, to become a certified evaluation and management auditor (CEMA). She passed the exam the first time with flying colors and is now ready to provide client support in this area with guidance and supervision from the senior auditors on the Zetter HealthCare team.
