I have not told you this, but you’ve been an incredible blessing to everyone on my Med-Mgrs listserv. In the past 25 years since I created that listserv, I’ve often wondered what will happen when I either retire or pass on to the folks in that listserv. Even though I’m training my 37-year-old son, I have no doubt that those people that have counted on my advice over the past few decades will continue to get quality and correct guidance from you. Please know that I appreciate you, my friend.
Zetter Healthcare’s David Zetter spoke eloquently at our Healthcare Business Management Association annual meeting in September 2021. Our association comprises over 200 billing companies in the U.S. serving hundreds of medical practices and thousands of providers.
David’s very powerful slide presentation brought home clearly the undeniable truth: successful billing results are the product of detailed work by the billing company combined with extremely important detailed work by each practice’s front desk team. This must be a billing partnership to be successful.
David’s deep, hands-on experience brought this concept of a billing partnership home via easy-to-understand examples.
If any practice is seeking billing and collections success, that practice should consult with David Zetter’s team first and foremost, before key decisions are made.

Highly recommend Zetter Healthcare. We have used this group since 2017 for our credentialing and consulting needs. To date, they have been able to timely complete full credentialing in the state of Texas for 3 FNP’s for my practice. The timeliness of correspondence is second to none. I have heard some horrible stories about credentialing firms that string the process out by months and even years. This is not the case with this organization. If you are on the fence just call and speak to David Zetter. He explained the entire process of how his company will help. The charges are fair and you see the proof in the work that is completed. He has offered advice and resources throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic. This advice/resources have been very beneficial in keeping my business open through this very difficult time.

David and his team have been a lifesaver on this credentialing process. He knows the business and keeps on top of any issues. We purchased an Orthopedic practice and haven’t lost any money or time. We learned that we can bill under the old numbers until our numbers arrived – takes 4-6 months! We expanded our relationship with David as a result of the Orthopedic experience and his company does all our credentialing work now. I cannot say enough about how grateful we are that someone introduced us to David Zetter.

Thank you for a most informative webinar. It was particularly well done because you not only gave us the basic information but by adding personal information about clients and situations that you have become involved in, that really clarifies the program. This is what is missing most with other webinars done by commercial entities. Keep it up!
