Ginny Martin
Ginny Martin brings a unique perspective to Zetter HealthCare. Given her extensive experience in healthcare management, Martin supplies physician groups with premier support, oversight, and supervision. She provides consultation services regarding practice structure, operations and growth, provider compensation, contracting, and governance. Martin also offers consultation services for merger and acquisition due diligence, revenue cycle gap analysis, remedial action plans and education for outlier providers, and regulatory compliance with HIPAA, PQRS, MU, MACRA, and MIPS. Ginny has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare operations management and finance. Her efforts ensure productivity, profitability, and compliance for both hospital-owned groups and independent practices. This includes small, mid-size, and large groups of various medical specialties.
Ginny has broad experience in strategic and organizational key performance indicators, business systems reengineering, process and procedure development, and revenue growth initiatives. She is a qualified expert witness and has provided testimony and expert reports for national healthcare clients. Ginny has served as the vice president and chief operating officer for a physician enterprise in Washington. Here, she directed the clinical and business operations of approximately 250 hospital-employed providers in private practice settings and hospital-based specialties. She is a Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Professional Coder, Certified Professional Compliance Officer, and a Certified Healthcare Business Consultant.
